Job summary

CDW is seeking a Microsoft Licensing Consultant to quote anniversaries and renewals and support the Microsoft team. You will develop relationships with Microsoft partner managers and CDW operations to ensure collaboration and efficiency.

Your role includes proactive quoting, forecasting, and driving renewal activity while maintaining high SLA performance and accurate contract creation processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft licensing topics and renewals.
• Ability to forecast pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft portals and licensing programs.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively quote upcoming Microsoft anniversaries and renewals (EA/ESA/SCE/Campus).
• Prepare and issue renewal quotes 6 months prior and anniversary quotes 3 months prior.
• Forecast and manage Microsoft anniversaries and renewals pipelines; ensure SLA targets are met.
