Office Angels (UK) is seeking a Microsoft Licensing Specialist to join our City of London team. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on processing Microsoft orders, renewals, and agreements, while collaborating across sales, licensing, solutions, and finance to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft licensing, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a drive for accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Microsoft Operations, licensing, order processing, or a similar role.
• Confident using Microsoft systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A team player with a commitment to delivering high standards.

Responsibilities

• Process Microsoft orders, renewals, and agreements accurately and on time.
• Resolve customer, supplier, and internal queries using Microsoft systems and tools.
• Support the team with licensing and operational queries.
• Monitor workloads, deadlines, and SLAs to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, contract, and renewal records.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure compliance and minimise errors.
• Work with Finance to resolve invoice and billing queries.
