Job summary

Wavenet is seeking a Microsoft Lifecycle Specialist who will own operational governance of the Microsoft estate from onboarding to offboarding. The role collaborates with Solutions and Strategy to ensure accurate licensing, tenant records, and renewals.

You will drive licensing optimisation, track incentives, and support compliance with Microsoft partner programmes. Strong analytics, CRM tooling, and MSP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft CSP operations and Microsoft 365 licensing.
• Experience managing subscriptions, renewals and commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong process, controls and governance mindset.
• Ability to coordinate operational activity across multiple internal teams.
• Experience with Microsoft incentives, partner programmes, GDAP, CPOR and PAL.
• Understanding of Azure, M365 and Copilot commercial models.
• Power BI and CRM experience, for example HubSpot.
• Experience working within an MSP or Microsoft partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational governance from receipt of fulfilled instructions through onboarding, provisioning, in-life administration, renewal and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate licensing, tenant, subscription and partner records.
• Administer renewals and minimise attrition through proactive governance.
• Provide licensing optimisation and lifecycle insights to Customer Success and Account Managers.
• Coordinate migrations, mergers and acquisitions as needed.
• Monitor partner programme compliance and incentives.
