Job summary

IT Talent Solutions Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Trainer to deliver engaging training, support users through technology change, and drive adoption of business systems across the organisation.

You will create training materials, deliver workshops, and support the rollout of new systems and technologies, with a focus on Microsoft 365 apps and related tools. The role involves building user guides, videos, and quick-reference content, plus coaching and floor-walking support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Systems Trainer or IT Trainer.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Microsoft 365 and business systems.
• Lead onboarding and induction training for new starters.
• Create user guides, videos, e-learning content, and quick-reference materials.
• Provide workshops, coaching sessions, and floor-walking support.
• Support system upgrades and technology change projects.
• Identify training needs and continuously improve learning programmes.
• Encourage best practice and user adoption of new technologies.
