Job summary

IT Talent Solutions is seeking an IT Trainer / Technology Adoption Specialist to drive technology adoption and digital transformation across a growing professional services environment. You will design and deliver engaging IT training across classroom, remote, and one-to-one sessions, supporting users of various technical abilities.

You will create guides, videos and materials, promote AI-driven initiatives, deliver cybersecurity awareness, and collaborate with stakeholders on technology

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT and software training.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience creating training documentation and learning materials.
• Understanding of digital transformation, technology adoption, and change management.
• Knowledge of AI tools and practical business applications.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with Practice Management Systems would be advantageous.
