Job summary

Experis is recruiting an IT Trainer with hands-on experience of SharePoint, OneDrive and M365 implementations. You will support the Change function by delivering end-user training, driving adoption and providing hands-on support for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint across the business.

A flexible travel pattern across the UK is required. The role focuses on helping colleagues adopt new ways of working through engaging training, ongoing support, and practical assistance during change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong training delivery skills with ability to present to groups and individuals
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, able to explain complex tech simply
• Experience coaching or supporting end-user adoption of new tools and ways of working
• Able to engage with stakeholders across levels and functions
• Willingness to travel UK-wide as required

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group-based training sessions on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for end-user usage of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support and encourage adoption of modern, collaborative ways of working.
