Taste Hospitality Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Chef de Partie at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Fife. You’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring prep and service run smoothly and every dish meets Michelin standards.

You’ll work alongside the Head Chef and brigade to deliver a well-organised service, support junior team members, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and manage ingredients to minimise waste while maintaining exceptional flavour and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-standard kitchen
• Passion for precise, consistent cooking
• Ability to work under pressure in a Michelin-level environment

Responsabilités

• Own your section, ensuring prep and service run smoothly
• Produce high-quality dishes with care, precision and consistency
• Maintain presentation, flavour and execution standards
• Work closely with Head Chef and brigade to deliver smooth, well-organised service
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation
• Manage ingredients carefully, helping to minimise waste and maintain efficient kitchen operations
