Job summary

Juice Hospitality Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie for a renowned fine-dining restaurant in the St Andrews area of Fife. You will join a talented brigade and take ownership of your section during service, crafting dishes to exacting standards.

You will work with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, maintain immaculate presentation and kitchen hygiene, and support the wider team as part of a pioneering culinary team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at an acclaimed fine-dining restaurant in the beautiful St Andrews area of Fife.

The Role
