Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a quality-driven kitchen.
• Able to maintain high standards under pressure and during service.
• Fork/knife skills and knowledge of Rosette-style kitchen practices.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your section and deliver prep and cooking to a high standard.
• Prepare and cook dishes with care, precision and presentation.
• Work with quality ingredients and seasonal produce to Rosette standards.
• Keep your section organized and prepared ahead of service.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and brigade to ensure menu consistency.
• Contribute ideas and support dish development as menus evolve.
• Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Support colleagues and share knowledge to foster a positive kitchen environment.
• Monitor stock, minimise waste and use ingredients responsibly.
