Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality kitchen.
• Passionate and enthusiastic about cooking.
• Ability to work in a Michelin Star environment.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your own section during preparation and service.
• Prepare and cook dishes to the high standards expected within a Michelin Star kitchen.
• Ensure excellent mise en place and organisation throughout your section.
• Maintain consistency, precision and attention to detail across every service.
• Work closely with the senior chefs and wider brigade.
• Support and encourage junior members of the team.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment.
