Responsibilities

• Running your section efficiently during preparation and service
• Supporting senior chefs with daily kitchen operations

• Assisting with stock control, prep, and kitchen organisation
• Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting the training and development of junior team members where required
