Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews of metering jobs.
• Identify, investigate and resolve operational exceptions and anomalies.

• Create and deliver training materials to support capability development.
• Support customer service agents with escalated metering-related enquiries.
• Monitor and support the performance of third-party service providers.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with third-party partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
