Pelican is seeking a Processing Centre Administrator to support our Meter Connections team in delivering first-class customer service. You will manage high volumes of administration, maintain accurate billing records, and update customer information while handling enquiries across channels for first-contact resolution.

You will work with colleagues and partners to resolve queries quickly and accurately and support our dedicated phoneline with expert guidance, with regular coaching and flexible

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential.
