Job summary

Ecotricity is seeking a Metering Administrator to manage gas and electricity meter works, handle queries, and coordinate with contracted agents to keep customers supplied. You will maintain data in Ecotricity systems and use Salesforce, Junifer and AFMS to manage accounts.

The role supports the Domestic Metering team, handles smart meter rollouts, and liaises with third parties to resolve issues within agreed time scales. Hybrid working and a healthcare plan feature among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling metering or utility customer data.
• Ability to liaise with third parties and industry participants.
• Proficient in MS Office and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage metering queries and appointments with customers and agents.
• Maintain customer data in Ecotricity systems and update databases.
• Use Salesforce, Junifer and AFMS to manage accounts.
• Liaise with third parties and metering agents as required.
• Handle emergency off-supply queries and smart meter rollouts.
• Support other departments with metering related matters.
• Complete workload reporting and monitoring as requested.
