Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Customer Solution Manager (Third Party Associate) to drive onboarding of strategic e-commerce merchants onto the TikTok Shop platform. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding discovery, design, and implementation across 1st Party, 3rd Party Apps and API integrations to enable scalable, long-term success.

You will align merchants, technology partners, and system integrators, ensuring adherence to integration standards while collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Fluent English and ability to communicate with stakeholders across multiple markets.
• 3+ years in product operations, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Management, or similar roles for large enterprise clients; Shopify and API integrations preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, system integrations, integration patterns, and tech stacks.
• Strong project management skills for parallel workstreams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and map requirements to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding of strategic e-commerce merchants to TikTok Shop.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for 1st party and 3rd party apps and API integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on integration patterns and best practices for platform partners.
• Coordinate with merchants, partners, and system integrators to deliver compliant integrations.
• Collaborate with internal support and engineering to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Capture market learnings to inform product roadmap and scale best practices.
