TikTok Shop is hiring to develop and execute acquisition and growth strategies, identifying high-potential merchants and building partnerships with third parties to boost merchant onboarding. You will work cross-functionally to streamline launches and remove barriers, while monitoring performance to optimize growth and efficiency.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, operating in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, and requires strong collaboration across teams and external partners.

Formación

• Experience of successfully driving initiatives independently while effectively working with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven and structured thinker, combining analytical rigor with a strong focus on achieving measurable goals.
• Experience in e-commerce operations or related fields
• Fluent in English and Polish to work with Polish speaking clients

Responsabilidades

• Develop acquisition and growth strategies, aligning with business objectives. Define clear goals and priorities, and pinpoint high-potential opportunities and scalable approaches.
• Identify and source high quality merchants that fit the TikTok Shop platform. Design and implement partnership frameworks with diverse third parties, including commerce platforms, industry associations, and marketing solution providers .
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline new merchant launch processes and remove operational barriers
• Continuously monitor and analyze merchant and merchandise acquisition performance, optimizing strategies to maximize efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
