Job summary

Tangle Teezer Ltd is seeking a Social Commerce Manager to lead our TikTok Shop setup, launch, and ongoing trading. You will balance gross sales with advertising spend, manage affiliate commissions, and guide creators to deliver performance-driven content that converts into revenue.

You will work with the e-commerce and organic teams to optimise mobile PDPs, pricing, and promotions, ensuring strong margins while growing our social commerce presence.

Qualifications

• Direct knowledge of the TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate networks.
• Experience managing a digital retail budget or channel P&L with margins and fees.
• Experience running Spark Ads and managing creator content codes.

Responsibilities

• P&L management: set up and optimise TikTok Shop financials, balance gross sales with ad spend and sampling.
• Storefront operations: manage Seller Center, inventory forecasting, product bundling, and promo calendars.
• PDP optimisation: collaborate on mobile-first carousels, variants and shoppable videos.
• Logistics & shop health: coordinate with warehousing to meet dispatch and shipping SLAs.
• Creator sourcing: identify and onboard creators with data-driven outreach.
• Creative feedback: guide creators with exact hooks and CTAs to drive sales.
• Affiliate management: convert top creators into long-term brand advocates.
• Paid media: monitor Spark Ads, protect margins, and allocate ad spend.
