Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Services Manager for the Royal London portfolio to oversee MEP operations, manage service partners and ensure compliance with budgets and SLAs. The role requires collaboration with JLL FMs and RL teams across multiple city assets.

The successful candidate will drive energy efficiency, lead NABERS-related activities, and contribute to the development of smart building technologies while ensuring high service quality and cost control.

Qualifications

• Preferably professionally registered (IEng or CEng) or working towards this.
• Preferably HNC or Degree in Building Service Engineering or relevant engineering subject.
• Membership of IWFM or AssocRICS and/or IOSH.
• National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health – NEBOSH accredited.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational best practices across MEP services.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, statutory obligations and SLAs.
• Lead energy management and NABERS-related activities.
• Coordinate with service partners and manage contract performance.
• Lead in SMART building technology initiatives and data analysis.
