Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle on-site in London seeks a Technical Account Manager to lead the engineering team and oversee all MEP activities within the contract. You will ensure safe, compliant operation of building systems and coordinate specialist vendors to deliver reliable service to the client.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage performance, and provide robust technical reports, risk management, and escalation handling to meet service levels and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Critical Environments such as Banking HQ or Data Centres.
• HV/LV Authorised Person training or sign-off readiness.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background with relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the engineering team for all MEP activities.
• Manage day-to-day operations of building systems and MEP assets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and OEM/SFG20 standards.
• Oversee vendor visits, change management, and SLA adherence.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Engineering Reports and risk registers.
