Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Manager to lead an engineering team responsible for all day-to-day MEP activities in a major facility in London. You will coordinate specialist vendors, ensure safe and compliant operation, and drive continuous improvement to deliver excellent service and financial performance.

You will mentor staff, manage contractual requirements, track performance, and support business development while ensuring all reports and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in critical environments such as Banking HQ or Data Centres.
• HV/LV Authorised Person or willingness to obtain
• C&G Pt. 1 & 2 or equivalent, 18th Edition IEE wiring
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to deliver contract outcomes, including MEP specialists.
• Oversee operation of building systems in a competent, safe, compliant manner and drive improvements.
• Manage Change Management for specialist vendor activities and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly reports and participate in client meetings as required.
