• Track record in managing Hard Services, including self-delivered and outsourced contracts.

Aufgaben

• Lead Hard Services Management across the cluster, including budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk.
• Develop and implement consistent maintenance management across sites.
• Lead service partners to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Provide technical support for client’s leased space as required.
• Lead sourcing for regional contracts for technical products or services.
• Support JLL and client business pursuits.
• Manage engineering budgets within the UK portfolio with site facilities managers.
