Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead MEP and fabric maintenance at a landmark City of London asset. You will manage supplier performance, safety, and compliance while coordinating with consultants and tenants to deliver value across lifecycle projects.

The role demands strong leadership, client relationship skills, and a track record in best-in-class service delivery, cost control, and ESG alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent degree.
• Professional body membership is preferred.
• Building services related qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Audit and manage suppliers to deliver safe, compliant hard services.
• Collaborate with consultants to monitor MEP and fabric maintenance.
• Develop lifecycle replacement programmes and capital projects.
• Support capex works and review tenant fit-outs.
• Prepare management reports and participate in monthly client meetings.
• Identify and drive sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting.
