JLL seeks an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead the on-site facilities maintenance and engineering team at a prestigious Central London site. You will supervise the engineering team, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety-first operations across all MEP systems and building fabric.

You will coordinate maintenance schedules, drive continuous improvement, and report on performance, budgets, and assets. Strong leadership and CAFM proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in facilities maintenance supervision in corporate environments.
• Strong hands-on MEP technical background and building services knowledge.
• Experience leading in-house multi-skilled engineering teams.
• Proficiency with CAFM for work orders and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead the site-based engineering team to deliver maintenance and repairs.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Maintain minimum staffing levels and arrange shift coverage, including out-of-hours support.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
• Prepare and present monthly engineering reports and KPI reviews.
