A leading care provider in Stafford is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Care Assistant to join their team at Manor House Care Home. In this role, you will provide person-centred support to residents with complex mental health conditions, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected. Candidates should ideally have six months of relevant experience and strong communication skills. The Manor House Care Home is a large, purpose-built service providing tailored care for up to 125 residents across several specialist divisions. We offer 24-hour nursing care for adults with complex physical and mental health needs, in a safe and supportive environment where every individual is valued and respected.

What We Offer
Your Role
As a Mental Health Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care and support to residents with complex mental health conditions. You will promote independence, choice, and positive daily routines, ensuring each individual’s needs and preferences are respected.
You will follow personalised care plans, observe and report any changes in residents’ wellbeing, and work closely with clinical leads to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained. Your empathy, patience, and professionalism will help create a calm and nurturing environment where residents can thrive.
