Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Member Support Advisor for our Nottingham hub. You will handle member inquiries across chat, phone and email, delivering timely and accurate responses to ensure exceptional service.

Working hours are 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, fully office-based at the club hub. The role requires excellent communication, resilience and a proactive approach to meet targets while supporting members within a busy environment.

About the Role

This role is responsible for handling member queries and requests received into the Member Support team across chat, telephone and email, and for processing them in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. The post holder will actively engage with members to provide the best possible quality and service. The role is based at a hub within the Nottingham David Lloyd Club and works as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to members. Working hours are either 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, offering a consistent and structured pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle member queries and requests received into the Member Support team via all contact channels including chat, telephone and email.
• Process membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Actively engage with members to provide the best possible quality and service.
• Work as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to members.
• Operate from a hub within the Nottingham David Lloyd Club with a consistent and structured working pattern.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A drive to hit targets.
• Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• The ability to commute within a reasonable distance of the hub, as the role is fully office-based.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a call centre environment is desirable.
