Job summary

National Skills Agency Ltd is seeking a meticulous Memberships Executive to join their Colchester team. The role focuses on supporting existing and prospective members, delivering excellent service, and driving membership engagement across touchpoints.

You will manage relationships, handle administration, and identify opportunities to connect members with services, events, or colleagues to strengthen retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and customer service.
• Ability to build positive relationships and drive retention.
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective members.
• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email and other member enquiries.
• Build positive, trusted relationships with members and prospective members.
• Proactively follow up with members to ensure they are receiving value from their membership.
• Gather member feedback and communicate insights to the wider team.
• Support member retention and engagement through regular communication and follow-up.
