The Royal College of Anaesthetists is seeking a Membership Administrator to support the Membership Engagement Manager and team in delivering an exceptional membership experience. You will advise on membership, benefits and subscriptions and maintain member data in our CRM.

You will handle sensitive data, process financial transactions, and provide consistent, professional communication across channels. The role requires meticulous organization and strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a professional membership organisation or charity.
• Ability to handle sensitive data and process financial transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to different audiences.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate membership records and ensure correct subscription categories.
• Provide world-class customer service to members and external stakeholders.
• Deliver a responsive, high-quality service across phone, email and CRM channels.
• Identify and eliminate non-value-adding processes to enhance membership engagement.
• Process membership applications, training forms and upgrades in a timely manner.
