National Skills Agency Ltd in Colchester is seeking a Memberships Executive who is highly organised, proactive and personable to join their team. You will support both existing and prospective members, ensuring an excellent experience at every touchpoint.

The role combines relationship management, customer service, administration and commercial awareness, helping members maximise value and supporting the Client Relationship Manager to strengthen engagement, retention and growth.

Formación

• Experience in client relationship management, account management, customer service, membership or business support.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop positive, long-term relationships.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the importance of member retention, engagement and growth.
• Confident with IT systems and able to learn new platforms quickly.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective members.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via telephone and email.
• Maintain accurate membership records and assist with account administration.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
• Identify opportunities to introduce members to relevant services and events.
• Support member engagement and renewals through regular communications.
• Assist with delivery of networking events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve member queries.
