GLL in Wantage is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at Wantage Leisure Centre. You will be the friendly first point of contact, welcoming visitors, answering calls, processing transactions, and promoting memberships to support healthier lifestyles.

You will work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of customer service, handle inquiries, and assist with centre operations, including preparing spaces for activities and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifikationen

• A can-do attitude and positive approach to customer service.
• Strong focus on delivering first-class customer service.
• Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with cash handling and transactions.
• Good IT literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
• Some administration experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Being the first point of call for customers
• Answer incoming calls to the centre
• Deal with transactions including setting up direct debits and cash handling
• Dealing with membership enquiries including selling memberships to customers
• Deliver first-class customer service
• Answer customer queries
• Setting up equipment
• Be a key support to your team on a daily basis from preparing Studios, Gyms or Sports Halls for various activities to the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
