Job summary

Everyone Active at Workington Leisure Centre is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Customer Service Advisor. You will embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week and be the first point of contact for customers.

You will work days, evenings and weekends, with full training on our centre systems. The role offers a competitive salary, development opportunities and a free membership to over 220 centres nationwide for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and acting as first point of contact.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Confident with using computers and centre systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to all centre users.
• Promote products and services offered by the centre.
• Be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends; complete training on Centre systems.

We need a Customer Service Advisor who will…

• Be passionate about promoting our products

• Be confident in using computers
• Be experienced in customer service, being the first points of contact, its' key you can provide a professional service to all our customers

You will be required to work days, evenings and weekends. Full training will be given on the centre's systems
