Job summary

Everyone Active is looking for a Customer Service Advisor at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre. The role focuses on delivering professional customer service, promoting centre products, and working both independently and as part of a team.

You will work days, evenings and weekends, with full training provided on the centre's systems. A vibrant workplace with the benefit of free membership to 220+ centres nationwide for you and your partner/children is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and handling queries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident with using computers and standard software

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to centre visitors
• Be the first point of contact for customers and issues
• Promote products and centre services to members and guests
• Support centre operations during shifts including evenings and weekends

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer service in an efficient and helpful manner

We need a Customer Service Advisor who will…

• Be passionate about promoting our products
• Be able to work under your own initiative and work as part of a team
• Have an enthusiastic can do attitude and friendly personality
• Be confident in using computers
• Be experienced in customer service, being the first points of contact, its' key you can provide a professional service to all our customers

You will be required to work days, evenings and weekends. Full training will be given on the centre's systems
