Job summary

Everyone Active at Horfield Leisure Centre is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide professional customer service, promote our products and be the first point of contact for members and visitors.

The role requires working days, evenings and weekends, with full training on the centre's systems. Join a friendly, vibrant team and help create a welcoming environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and being the first point of contact for customers.
• Ability to promote products and advise on centre offerings.
• Confident with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
• Positive, friendly attitude and proactive approach to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at Horfield Leisure Centre.
• Promote centre products and services to members and visitors.
• Be the first point of contact for enquiries and assist accordingly.
• Work days, evenings and weekends; full training on centre systems provided.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer service in an efficient and helpful manner

We need a Customer Service Advisor who will…

• Be passionate about promoting our products
• Be able to work under your own initiative and work as part of a team
• Have an enthusiastic can do attitude and friendly personality
• Be confident in using computers
• Be experienced in customer service, being the first points of contact, its’ key you can provide a professional service to all our customers

You will be required to work days, evenings and weekends. Full training will be given on the centre’s systems
