Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor in the Grove Park area to promote memberships and deliver an excellent member experience. You will conduct tours, handle sign-ups, process contracts, and contribute to achieving sales targets while collaborating with fitness and service teams.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work weekends, and a customer-focused approach to drive membership growth and satisfaction across our UK facilities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer service background preferred.
• Ability to promote memberships via tours, presentations and follow-ups.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage sign-ups and records.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members.
• Conduct engaging tours of the club and highlight features and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Handle inquiries, appointments and follow-up calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage the membership sign up process, including contracts and data entry in the system.
• Maintain accurate membership records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as reports and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with fitness and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
• Participate in member retention activities and promote club programs and events.
