You will manage sign-ups, handle enquiries and follow-ups, and collaborate with fitness staff to onboard members. A proven sales mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexibly including weekends are key to

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships through tours and presentations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by pursuing opportunities.
• Provide welcoming and informative experience for prospective members.
• Handle inquiries, appointments and follow ups in a professional manner.
• Manage the membership sign up process, including contracts and payments.
• Collaborate with fitness and customer service teams to onboard new members.
• Support member retention activities and surveys.
