Job summary

Bannatynes Humberston is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor to promote memberships through tours, presentations and follow-ups. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets and providing a welcoming club experience.

You will manage sign-ups, process payments, maintain records and collaborate with the team for smooth onboarding. The position offers 8 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, plus a range of member perks and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow-ups.
• Aim to exceed sales targets by pursuing new business opportunities.
• Provide a welcoming experience for potential and new members.
• Handle inquiries, appointments and follow-ups promptly.
• Manage sign-up process, contracts, data entry and payments.
• Maintain accurate membership records and protect confidentiality.
• Assist with admin like reports and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with fitness and customer service teams for onboarding.
• Support member engagement through welcome calls and surveys.
• Promote club programs, services and events.
• Attend weekly video check-ins to discuss KPI performance.
