Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor in Milton Keynes to promote and sell memberships, conduct tours, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

You will drive sales targets, handle sign-ups and inquiries, and work closely with fitness and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high member satisfaction. A passion for health and wellness and flexible hours are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and customer service as a driver of loyalty.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying new opportunities.
• Provide a welcoming, informative experience for new and existing members.
• Handle inquiries, appointments, and follow-up calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage membership sign-ups, contracts, data entry, and payments.
• Maintain accurate membership records and confidentiality of data.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with fitness and customer service teams for smooth onboarding.
• Participate in member retention activities like welcome calls and satisfaction surveys.
• Promote club programs, services, and events to members and prospects.
• Attend weekly video meetings to discuss KPI performance in the absence of a Sales Manager.
