Bannatyne Group is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor to grow our UK membership base and deliver a welcoming, high-touch experience to prospective members.

You will conduct tours, present club features, and convert prospects into new members while maintaining accurate records and meeting sales targets. This role offers flexible hours and a supportive team culture within a wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines and be KPI driven.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in sales, customer service or fitness environment is advantageous; degree in sales/marketing or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members.
• Conduct engaging tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Aim to exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage the membership sign up process, contracts, data entry and payments.
• Maintain accurate membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information.
• Collaborate with fitness and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
