Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Membership Manager for a premier leisure site in Sunderland. You will lead a busy team at a flagship Pool, Wellness and Tennis Centre, driving membership growth and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will manage the Membership Advisors, set and monitor KPIs, and work to convert visitors into members while keeping administration and systems up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in Membership management or Sales manager background.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience motivating and driving a sales team to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Membership Advisors to maximise opportunities and meet KPIs.
• Provide line management and support to ensure performance monitoring.
• Drive growth of membership while maintaining high service standards and product knowledge.
