Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Host to deliver standout member experiences, drive membership growth and support retention.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll welcome prospects, assist members and promote products and services, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This role offers training, progression and opportunities to participate in group classes and personal training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador, supporting club goals and providing excellent service to members and guests.
• Deliver membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours aligned to fitness goals.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage enquiries and member information.
• Support club initiatives, events and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
