Everlast Gyms in the UK is seeking a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while growing membership and retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service to members, guests and prospects and supporting the club's commercial goals.

This role suits someone who loves sales, fitness and customer service, with opportunities to lead group activities, PT sessions outside contracted hours, and a clear path for progression within a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a willingness to achieve results.
• Organised with admin capabilities and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospects into members through engaging tours and conversations.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and ancillary purchases.
• Tailor club tours to individual fitness goals and needs.
• Follow up on enquiries to maximise conversions and retention.
• Build strong relationships to improve member engagement and retention.
• Support club sales targets and contribute to a high-performance culture.
