Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering outstanding member experiences and driving membership sales. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting the club's commercial goals and promoting fitness solutions to members, guests and prospects.

This is a great entry to mid-level sales role in a fast-growing fitness business, offering progression opportunities, training and the chance to lead on member engagement initiatives within the club.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, confident and outgoing personality.
• Target-driven with a results-focused mindset.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning and rapport-building to overcome objections.
• Follow up enquiries to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional environment for members and guests.
• Promote products and services within the club.
• Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with energy and professionalism.
• Support day-to-day club operations and CRM usage.
