Everlast Gyms is seeking a friendly Sales Host to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will drive memberships, support retention, and promote in-club products and services while performing key holder duties and administrative tasks.

Formación

• Outgoing, positive, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
• Confident in administration and able to handle day-to-day club systems.
• Sales-focused, with the drive to hit membership and retention targets.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
• Driving secondary spend by promoting products and services in-club.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
• Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
• Staying informed about fitness classes and gym floor focuses to promote engagement.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
• Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
• Experience products and services to confidently recommend them to members.
