Virgin Active in the United Kingdom seeks a member-facing role focused on delivering an exceptional experience for members and prospects. You will act as the first contact, create a welcoming atmosphere, and drive membership growth through tailored offers and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly targets, supporting club operations, and stepping into Duty Shift when required, all while maintaining the brand’s premium wellness environment and member-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric, target-driven role (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for members and elevate their experience at every touchpoint.
• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club and greet members on visits.
• Take ownership of membership targets and drive sales, retention and growth monthly.
• Ensure activity targets are met to achieve net growth.
• Tailor membership offerings to meet individual needs and expand corporate memberships locally.
• Provide advice on Exercise Experience and Virgin Active products.
• Support smooth club operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Fulfill Duty Shift when needed and lead by example in club management.
