Virgin Active in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Membership Consultant to join the Acquisitions team. You’ll be the friendly face members see, handling inquiries, driving membership sales, and supporting club operations to deliver world-class service.

You’ll tailor offers to individuals and local corporate prospects, own monthly targets, and take on duty shifts as needed. The role offers a premium gym environment with strong progression and extensive staff benefits.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-centric, target-driven role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for members and handle inquiries with excellent administration.
• Create a welcoming front-of-house presence and conduct new member visits.
• Drive membership sales, retention, and growth toward monthly targets.
• Tailor membership offerings to individuals and local corporate prospects.
• Support club operations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Occasionally cover Duty Shift as required.
