• Be the point of contact for members and enhance their experience at every touchpoint.
• Front of House presence and welcoming atmosphere during member visits.
• Take ownership of membership targets and drive sales, retention and growth.
• Ensure activity targets are met to achieve net growth.
• Tailor membership options to suit individual needs and expand corporate memberships nearby.
• Provide advice on Exercise Experience and Virgin Active products and services.
