Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Understand the membership software system.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these.
• Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
• Experience the products and services offered.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facilities and support the team in club upkeep.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.

Need to be:

• Competent with administrative duties
• Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop
• Willing to participate in learning opportunities
• Able to perform operational key holder duties
• Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
• Flexible with shifts and additional duties
