Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximize every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Stay updated on current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate actively.
• Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor activities.
• Experience the products and services offered.
• Ensure the facilities are always above expectations in cleanliness, actively participating in club upkeep with the team.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
• Proficient in administrative duties.
• Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop specific behaviors and competencies.
• Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities for career progression.
• Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
• Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
• Flexible to work shifts and support team members with additional duties.
