Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
- Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club.
- Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
- Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate actively.
- Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor activities.
- Experience and promote the products and services offered.
- Ensure the facilities are maintained above expectations through active involvement in upkeep, with team support.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in administrative duties.
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop role-specific skills.
- Willing to participate in learning opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
- Able to perform operational key holder duties as needed.
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
- Flexible to work shifts and support team needs.
- Target-focused to support sales and retention goals.
