Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor activities, and participate in them.
• Assist the Fitness Manager with gym floor management.
• Experience and promote the products and services offered.
• Ensure the facilities are always maintained above expectations by actively participating in the upkeep of the club, with support from the team.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints professionally and escalate to the relevant manager when necessary.
