Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
2. Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
3. Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
4. Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
5. Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
6. Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
7. Assist the Fitness Manager with gym floor operations.
8. Experience and promote the products and services offered.
9. Maintain cleanliness standards of the facilities by actively participating in upkeep, supported by the team.
10. Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
11. Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
